Dear Troopers,

We hope that everyone is safe and well. Earlier this year, we were unable to host PBWC due to pandemic situation surrounding COVID-19. We expected that pandemic situation would get better by the time we host PBIC. However pandemic situation got worse instead.

To host PBIC in this pandemic situation, we explored various possibilities, both online and offline. However, after thorough evaluation, we had to reach the conclusion that we are unable to guarantee safety of players, audience and staff and the fairness of competition at the same time. So, with great disappointment, we are delivering the news that we are unable to host PBIC this year.

We are hugely disappointed that we cannot witness top-class Point Blank actions. However safety should be the top priority. We hope that the pandemic situation to be resolved as soon as possible and see each other next year.
